Fatal Accident in Markethill: Ciera Grimley Passes Away Following Four-Vehicle Collision

A tragic car accident in Markethill, County Armagh claimed the lives of three people last weekend. Ciera Grimley, a mother-of-three, tragically passed away a week after her husband, Patrick, died at the scene of the collision. The couple had been returning home from Patrick's 40th birthday party when the accident occurred. Another victim, Ciara McElvanna, was laid to rest on Saturday morning. Seven other individuals were also injured in the crash and were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment. Two men are still receiving medical care. Patrick Grimley, a former player for the Madden Raparees GAA club where he also served as secretary, was deeply beloved by the community. Ciera was described as a loving and supportive wife, dedicated to her children's hobbies and activities. The couple shared a passion for the GAA, and their involvement in the sport allowed them to create cherished memories.
