Australian man who managed to survive mysterious lethal mushroom incident finally discharged from the hospital

A man who survived a case of mushroom poisoning in Australia has been released from the hospital, according to his family. Ian Wilkinson had been in critical condition after consuming a beef Wellington meal prepared by Erin Patterson.
