Police respond to hostage situation at Hamburg airport in Germany

The police in Hamburg, Germany, are currently handling a hostage situation at the airport. It was reported that an armed man drove through a gate with at least two people, including a child, in the car. Special forces have been dispatched after the vehicle entered the area designated for aircraft parking on Saturday evening. The suspect's wife claimed that there could be a potential child abduction. According to German media, gunshots were fired into the air. As a result, all flights, both arrivals, and departures, have been suspended at the airport in northern Germany.
