New information has emerged about a recent Israeli military operation that successfully freed two Israeli-Argentine hostages who were being held captive by Hamas in Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip. During the operation, Israeli forces carried out intense strikes in the area, resulting in the deaths of several people, including Hamas militants. The freed hostages, Louis Har and Fernando Marman, were taken to the Sheba Medical Center where they were reported to be in good condition. The operation started with a series of Israeli strikes in Rafah, causing panic in the city. The rescue mission was conducted by Israeli commandos and involved a daring battle with Hamas terrorists. One Israeli soldier was lightly wounded in the operation. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised the bravery of the Israeli fighters and stated that continued military pressure is necessary to secure the release of the remaining hostages. The operation caused significant damage to buildings and homes in the area, and at least 67 people were reported dead, according to Gaza's health ministry. Hamas condemned the attack, describing it as a continuation of Israel's "genocidal war" against the Palestinian people. The Palestinian Authority's foreign ministry also condemned the operation, referring to it as an Israeli "massacre" in Rafah.
