We invited our readers to submit their finest photographs capturing the essence of their gardens. We have received an array of stunning images from all over the world. Moving forward, we have chosen "texture" as the upcoming theme for the next round of submissions, with the deadline set for October 11, 2023. The selected pictures will be published on the BBC News website's In Pictures section, along with other galleries, in the following week.
