A missile attack on a postal distribution center in eastern Ukraine resulted in the death of six individuals and left 14 others injured. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky informed through Telegram that the Nova Poshta sorting office in Kharkiv was the target. Images shared on President Zelensky's account showed the building with shattered windows. Kharkiv's regional governor, Oleh Syniehubov, stated that the private delivery company was solely used for civilian purposes. He condemned the attack as an act of terrorism by the Russians against the peaceful population of Kharkiv. President Zelensky also mentioned that a rescue operation was underway with emergency services at the scene. Although Russia has not officially addressed the alleged strike, it has previously denied intentionally targeting civilians during its invasion of Ukraine.
