In the southern town of Sion, Switzerland, a manhunt is currently underway after a shooting incident. Two individuals were killed, and another person sustained injuries. The gunman, identified as Robin Sebastien, fired multiple gunshots in two separate locations within the town. Authorities have warned that Sebastien is dangerous and should not be approached. Initial investigations suggest that the shooter was acquainted with the victims, but the motives behind the attack remain unknown. According to local reports, shots were fired at the Sarsa painting company in the Ronquoz and Potences areas. Sebastien, who is 36 years old, was last seen driving a gray Peugeot 206 Cabriolet. Authorities have set up roadblocks to prevent the suspect from fleeing the country. Sion is located near the Italian border, and police presence has been increased in both the town and at the crime scenes. Local prosecutors have initiated a murder investigation. It is worth noting that Switzerland has a high rate of gun ownership, with an estimated 2.3 million firearms in civilian possession according to Small Arms Survey, an organization that monitors armed violence globally.
