Father and Two Others Accused of Murdering Girl: Sara Sharif

Surrey Police announced that the father, stepmother, and uncle of Sara Sharif have been charged with her murder. The individuals charged are Urfan Sharif, aged 41, his partner Beinash Batool, aged 29, and Urfan's brother, Faisal Malik, aged 28, all residing on Hammond Road in Woking. They are also facing charges of causing or allowing the death of a child. The trio had traveled to Pakistan the day before Sara's body was discovered in Woking on August 10th. They were arrested at Gatwick Airport upon their return from Dubai on Wednesday evening. Sara's mother, Olga Sharif, has been informed of the recent developments and is receiving support from specialized officers. A post-mortem examination revealed that Sara had suffered multiple and extensive injuries over a sustained period of time. The three adults have been remanded in custody and will make an appearance at Guildford Magistrates' Court on Friday. It is worth noting that Sara's five siblings, ranging from one to thirteen years old, also traveled to Pakistan on August 9th with Mr. Sharif, Ms. Batool, and Mr. Malik.
