He candidly stated on his radio show that he won't be making music for a while. As a result of this decision, several upcoming performances have been postponed. The Grammy-winning artist expressed his concern for his health and emphasized the importance of staying healthy. Drake revealed his plan to take a break from the studio and mentioned that he is uncertain about the duration of this hiatus. He is scheduled to perform in his hometown of Toronto over the weekend, but other shows in cities like Denver, New Orleans, Nashville, and Columbus, Ohio have been postponed. Drake joins a growing list of musicians, including Madonna and Bruce Springsteen, who have recently had to take breaks or cancel tour dates due to health issues. Madonna postponed her tour by three months due to a serious bacterial infection, while Springsteen postponed his September tour dates due to a peptic ulcer, a sore in the stomach lining or small intestine.
