Jamie Lynn Spears has left the reality TV show "I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here" due to medical reasons, according to ITV. The spokesperson did not provide further details on her condition. ITV praised Jamie Lynn as a great campmate who performed well in trials and bonded with her fellow celebrities. She is the second contestant to leave the show early for medical reasons, following restaurant critic Grace Dent. Jamie Lynn's final appearance on the show will be on Wednesday. In previous episodes, she discussed her strained relationship with her sister Britney, her experience of becoming a mother at a young age, and her conversion to Catholicism after a near-drowning accident involving her daughter. Jamie Lynn recently starred in the film "Zoey 102" and appeared on "Dancing With The Stars." The news of her departure coincided with complaints received by broadcast regulator Ofcom regarding a dispute between Nella Rose and Fred Sirieix on the show. Ofcom received a total of 861 complaints related to their argument, as well as 856 complaints about alleged racial offense during a conversation between Nella and Nigel Farage. Some viewers have speculated that the criticism towards Nella may have been influenced by her being a black woman. Former contestant Charlene White highlighted the potential prejudice Nella faced as a woman and a minority. ITV has not commented on the complaints.
