House Committee Subpoenas Hunter Biden and Other Family Members

Congressional Republicans have taken a step further in their impeachment investigation of President Biden by issuing legal summons to various members of the Biden family. The House Oversight Committee has subpoenaed Hunter Biden, the president's son, as well as his brother James, and Biden family associate Rob Walker. In addition, they have also requested transcribed interviews with five other individuals. The White House has criticized Republicans, accusing them of "misusing their authority to carry out a defamatory campaign."
