According to a recent report by the US National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), the door that was blown away from a Boeing 737 Max aircraft shortly after take-off might not have been adequately fastened. The NTSB has conducted an initial investigation into the incident that occurred in January on an Alaska Airlines plane. The report states that four essential bolts, which were supposed to secure the unused door to the aircraft's fuselage, seemed to be absent. This incident took place just a few minutes after the plane, identified as Alaska Airlines Flight 2182, had taken off.
