Actor Angus Cloud, known for his role as Fez in the popular HBO series Euphoria, tragically died from an accidental overdose of fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, and other drugs, according to the Alameda County Coroner's Office. The 25-year-old actor passed away in July this year. The coroner's office confirmed his cause of death, stating that it was due to "acute intoxication" resulting from the combined effects of the aforementioned substances, as well as benzodiazepines. Cloud's family revealed that he had been struggling intensely with the recent loss of his father. Just a week before his accidental overdose, Cloud had attended his father's funeral in Ireland. In a statement, his family expressed the solace they found in knowing that Angus was now reunited with his beloved father, who had been his best friend. Additionally, they highlighted the actor's openness about his mental health battles and hoped that his passing would serve as a reminder to others that they are not alone in their struggles and should not suffer in silence. Aside from his role in Euphoria, Cloud had also made appearances in music videos for artists like Becky G, Karol G, and Juice WRLD. Following his death, Cloud's Euphoria co-star Zendaya paid tribute to him, expressing her gratitude for having known and considered him a brother. She described him as having warm, kind eyes, a bright smile, and an infectious laugh that could light up any room. She wished to remember him in that way.
