A Romanian court has denied a request made by Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan to visit their mother in the UK after she suffered a heart attack. Andrew expressed his dissatisfaction, claiming that the Romanian state decided to isolate their mother during Christmas, assuming she would survive. The Tate brothers are currently facing charges of rape and human trafficking, which they deny. They are unable to leave Romania at the moment. The recent court hearing was held privately, and the judge is expected to provide an explanation for his decision in the coming days. While they were allowed to move freely within Romania after a period of house arrest, international travel remains restricted. The brothers were arrested in December 2022 and spent time in jail until March, when they were placed under house arrest. In June, the charges were brought against the Tate brothers and two other women, accusing them of exploiting seven women through a manipulative method known as the "loverboy method," which involves promising relationships or marriages. Andrew Tate strongly maintains his innocence, questioning the lack of evidence from prosecutors and dismissing the case as a politically motivated conspiracy against him. He has recently made efforts to legally recover confiscated assets, such as luxury cars and watches worth millions of euros.
