Former Abercrombie & Fitch CEO, accused of sex trafficking, files lawsuit against company

According to the lawsuit filed in Delaware state court, Jeffries had a contract with Abercrombie & Fitch that included indemnification for any claims arising from his role as CEO, as well as reimbursement or advance payment for legal fees. However, the company has rejected his demand for coverage. Jeffries is now seeking reimbursement for his expenses incurred in connection with the sex-trafficking lawsuit. Abercrombie & Fitch has not provided any comment on the matter.
